The Deltamas flyover in Bekasi Regency was inaugurated on Monday (19/8/2024). This flyover is expected to be able to unravel the congestion that often occurs from the toll gate to the Bekasi Regency Government office. The construction of the flyover, which began in March 2023, was carried out by PT Asri Karya Lestari Tbk (ASLI). The total project value reaches Rp 120 billion. The flyover, which has a length of 700 meters with an effective width of 18 meters and a bore pile foundation of 280 points, was built using a type of Steel Box Girder structure.
ASLI was chosen because of its reputation in working on various national projects, such as the construction of the South City Pondok Cabe bridge, the Pasir Gombong Gikarang flyover, the construction of the Asulait II bridge in Bellu Regency, NTT, the Antelope Overpass Bridge, the Cikunir Operational Office, the Australia Embassy, the Kebon Bawang Toll Gate, and others. Sulistiono, President Director of ASLI admitted that he was happy and proud because his company could contribute to infrastructure development in Bekasi and Indonesia in general.
"Alhamdulillah, for the trust given and hopefully what we have built can also bring good impacts and benefits to the wider community," he said in a written statement, Wednesday (21/8/2024). Meanwhile, Acting Regent of Bekasi Dedy Supriyadi stated, with the completion of this flyover, Dedy is expected to be able to anticipate a surge in vehicles along with the opening of Aeon Mall Deltamas.
"Hopefully this flyover can unravel the congestion that often occurs in this location," said Dedy.
